We are a law firm engaged in a general civil litigation practice. The emphasis of the firm is on defense litigation including auto liability, general negligence, products liability, civil rights, workers' compensation, professional liability and asbestos. The firm also handles commercial and construction litigation and bankruptcy. Our practice is primarily in Middle Tennessee, but includes all areas of the State.

The firm was founded in January 1987 with three attorneys. Over time, we have grown to 14 attorneys. Our office is located in the historic Nashville Sash and Door Building, on Second Avenue, three blocks from Nashville's Public Square.
