Nathaniel K. Cherry

Nate Cherry is a Rule 31 listed civil mediator.

His practice focuses on varying areas of the law. He has litigated hundreds of cases to successful resolution through trial or settlement and thinks that his background has provided him with a wide range of legal knowledge that helps him in trying to resolve other people’s disputes.

While he has a great deal of knowledge in areas involving personal injury and wrongful death, he also feels comfortable mediating cases involving commercial disputes. Never one to shy away from a challenge, he works hard to make sure mediation parties are getting his best effort in trying to resolve their cases.
